This appears to happen when there is movement. What would cause this and how do I remedy it?</p>

You have turned this on in the settings.</p>
<p dir="auto">To turn it off, edit your camera settings, in the Alerts section, click Motion Settings and de-select the box for 'Highlight Motion Change'.</p>
