How much drive space will I need to record for 1 hour?</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a way to reduce the amount of disk space required?</p>

This profile will record your 1280x1024 screen with good quality at 930K bits per second.  To get the record time for an hour we multiply by 3600 seconds, or approximately 400MB.</p>
<p dir="auto">If you have lower motion on your screen, you can use the Text &amp; Voice profile which will produce a 300MB file for 1 hour of recording.</p>
