It will be good if I can view WebCam Monitor from my mobile.

Newer Windows Mobile devices have built-in support through the Windows Media Player. The Android has several apps that can view streamed windows media files. You will need to install one of the apps.

For the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad you can use the free app called 'Streamer'. In the Streamer app, add a bookmark to the WebCam Monitor broadcast stream URL for easy access.
