<p dir="auto">I have a video file in WMV format  - 1024 x 576. I want to convert this to MPEG1 proportionately to something like 640 x 360. Is this possible using DMC?</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, is it possible to convert to MPEG4 file format?</p>

Select "Custom MPEG 1" as your Convert To format.</p>
