No matter what video I try to convert I get 2 different errors, one says that I need to download an MPEG-2 Converter.  I download it and restart, but nothing happens. The other error says that it couldn't load the file. The log says:</p>

<p dir="auto">Try to play the AVI file that is not rendering using the Windows Media Player.  Often, this will solve the problem by automatically downloading the correct decoders.  It may also be helpful to upgrade Media Player to the latest version, which can be downloaded free of charge from Microsoft here:<br />
