Most computers are assigned temporary IP addresses, which change periodically, especially when you turn off the computer. When this happens, you will no longer be able to see the Internet broadcast at the old IP address.

One way to solve this problem is to assign a domain name to your PC, which will remain the same even when the IP address changes. There are several free services, like no-ip.org and dyndns.org, which will assign a name to your PC. For instance, you could request sentoria123.no-ip.org. If WebCam Monitor is streaming using port 4601, you could always connect to the broadcast at https://sentoria123.no-ip.org.
