<![CDATA[Mouse effect options in 2.65]]>Hi,

I cannot find 'Mouse Effect Options' in version 2.65. in version 2.35 they were under setting/Effects/Highlight Options. Actually I cannot even see the 'Effects' tab. I am in a bit of a hurry, thanks for your help.
