<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Blurry Images In jpg Capture]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">I have a USB Web Cam monitoring a hallway, when viewing the on-screen video, the images appear sharp and clear, but when I look at snapshot .jpg (motion detect) the subject is motion blured (this is NOT a focus issue). On a regular camera, I'd say that the shutter speed was to slow.</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there a way to control "shutter speed"?</p>

You can increase the frame rate by clicking the File menu and choosing Video Properties.</p>
