In several cases, Auto FTP Manager does not show me all of the files that actually exist on that folder. If I go through the web host's control panel to get to the folders and files I can see files that I can't see through Auto FTP Manager. I need to be able to download these files! Why can't I see them?

Is there an Auto FTP Manager setting that will do this? Is there some setting on the files that will block specific files from being displayed?
