<p dir="auto">(I need to be able to play the reulting files using Java Media framework with no additional add ins)</p>
<p dir="auto">Once you select VCD (MPEG1) at the moment the settings on the properties page are greyed out any ideas anyone ?</p>

<p dir="auto">Digital Media Converter has a Custom MPEG 1 option. If you chose this as the conversion format, you can change Properties like Video Dimension, Frame Rate, Audio Bitrate and Audio Frequency to suit your requirements.</p>
