I'd like to convert dvr-ms files from my Media Center to Windows Media Player 10 Mobile for Pocket PC on my phone.
They should be 640 x 480.
What would be the optimum format to choose.

On the Properties tab, select "DVD quality video (1 Mbps CBR)" as the video profile and "High definition quality audio (CBR)" as the audio profile.
