Digital Media Converter determines the dimension of the conversion using the very first frame of the video. If the frame dimension is less than other frames in the video then the conversion ends up losing some portion of the video.</p>
<p dir="auto">To fix this, you have to change the way you record the videos. Try looking up a solution for switching off Variable Bit-rate Encoding.</p>
