I need to convert the files to WMV files for streaming media. Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>

You can download it here:  <a href="https://www.deskshare.com/download/mpeg2decoder.exe" rel="nofollow ugc">https://www.deskshare.com/download/mpeg2decoder.exe</a>.  This decoder has built-in support for AC3 audio.  Please install this decoder and try your conversion again.</p>
<p dir="auto">You may also have to open the program Settings, switch to the Compatibility tab, and uncheck all AC3 and MPEG decoders.</p>

<p dir="auto">No matter what WMV format I chose to convert to, I do not get audio. Renaming to .avi doesn't help.</p>
<p dir="auto">The input file is MPEG-2 PS, how can I convert this file to WMV?</p>

If yes, then try renaming the MPEG file to AVI and then convert.</p>
