If you are getting an effective speed of 463.30Kbps then select any profile with bit-rate lower than this speed.</p>
<p dir="auto">We suggest that you test with 56Kbps, 128Kbps and 256Kbps profiles and see what works best for you. You can also choose to stream only video (without audio) to increase throughput.</p>
<p dir="auto">In general, for viewers with dial-up connections use a profile with bit-rate up to 28Kbps or 56Kbps. For broadband viewers, select a profile between 56 to 256Kbps.</p>
